Wow Wheelgate Pop Up Competition - Terms and Conditions
Applicants enter this competition at their own risk
Competition covers access to and use of Wheelgate high street premises for up to 3 months ie up to 12 weeks from such start date as offered by the landlord and project team
A legal contract will be required for the successful applicant taking on the premises, as a contract at will
Suitable insurance cover must be in place by the competition winner for the duration of the Pop Up
Business rates may be payable and the project team will cover this cost. However the team will work with competition winner to apply for discretionary relief.
Utility costs will be paid by the project team via the landlord – subject to reasonable use
The competition winner agrees to publicity content
The premises frontage will reflect the Wow Wheelgate Pop Up branding, and any bespoke design is subject to pre written agreement by the landlord and Wow Wheelgate project team
There is no alternative monetary value for this competition
No costs, without prior written agreement by the WOW Wheelgate project team and landlord, incurred by the applicant will be payable by the Wow Wheelgate project
No compensation for any circumstances will be payable by the Wow Wheelgate project or the landlord
The competition winner and Pop Up user waives any claim on anyone and especially the Wow Wheelgate project team and any business person offering advice
The judges’ panel decision is final and no reason is required for unsuccessful applications
The premises offered for the Pop Up experience is subject to change
The timing offered for the Pop Up experience is subject to change
The competition winner agrees to vacate the premises upon reaching the end date of the contract and in the starting condition
Any future premises for ongoing retail use, is subject to separate commercial agreement between a landlord and retailer and does not form part of this competition
